Hi, my loves and welcome to WiccaNow. I recently wrote a post about the many magical uses of rosemary. It’s a wonderful herb which, personally, I use often in my rituals and spells. Today I want to share a career success spell with you using candle magic, rosemary and cinnamon. We all have moments when we think things aren’t quite going to plan and we need a little boost. We also all have moments when things are looking great and we are going after what we want and we just want to give ourselves as much help as possible to achieve our goals.

This spell will aid you in all things career-related. Whether that is the completion of a difficult task at your current job, success in an upcoming job interview or guidance to finding a new and fulfilling job. You can also use this spell for general success magick. Maybe you have exams coming up that you want to ace or a personal project you’re trying to finish. This spell is easily adapted for anything you want to successfully achieve!

Notes Before Beginning Your Career Success Spell

Warning: Always practice fire safety when working with an open flame. Candles are one of the leading causes of house fires. Keep a fire extinguiser within reach and make sure not to wear billowing clothing. Always light your candles a safe distance away from anything flammable and out of reach of pets and children.

While easy, this spell takes place over a week, so make sure you set aside a little time each day to complete the spell work. 

Start this spell on any day that suits you, but make sure that you have a little extra time on the day you start as it involves a ritual cleansing bath. I would suggest a Sunday evening so that you start the week with renewed and positive energy.

Our Career Success Spell

Ingredients for Your Career Success Spell

• A few large sprigs of fresh or a 1/4 cup of dried rosemary leaves. You can use rosemary oil here too if you don’t have fresh or dried rosemary on hand
• Rosemary oil
• Cinnamon oil
• Ginger oil
• A white candle
• A green candle
• A yellow candle
• A red candle
• A piece of paper
• A pen
• A candle snuff

How to Cast Your Career Success Spell

1. Have a quick shower, to make sure you are clean and fresh.
2. Run a bath, and add whatever form of rosemary you are using to the bathwater.  If you don’t have a bath, don’t worry. Just make an infusion of rosemary and water before you shower and then slowly pour this water over yourself while in the shower.
3. Take a long and relaxing bath, let the rosemary in the water cleanse you of any negative thoughts or feelings you have been having. Allow the rosemary to rebalance you and to give you a clean and clear mind.
4. Once you feel cleansed and relaxed, allow the bathwater to drain away, and imagine it draining away all of your-self doubt and replacing it with confidence.
5. Go to your altar, or whatever surface you have chosen to do your spell work on.
6. Take your piece of paper and write down what it is that you want to achieve in your career. Be as specific as you can. Include the way success would make you feel, why you want that success and how you expect to achieve it. Think big, but don’t be unrealistic. Don’t worry about how much or how little you have written down, just keep going until you feel you have really captured the essence of the career success you want. Remember that precision is key!
7. Take your candles, and anoint each one with a drop of each oil. Cinnamon will give you luck related to business and draw money to you. Ginger acts as an enhancer to your other magical plants and also invites good fortune. Rosemary will attract luck while clearing away negative energies and blockages and will also help you to remember your goals with clarity.
8. Arrange the 4 candles around the piece of paper on which you have written your goals. 
9. Light your 4 candles. The white candle dispels negative thoughts. The green candle attracts success and abundance. The yellow candle brings plans into action while releasing and manifesting your thoughts. The red candle gives you courage and energy.
10. Close your eyes and draw 5 deep and slow breaths. Relax.
11. Keep breathing deeply and read what you have written back to yourself. Visualise your success. Fill yourself with the feeling you will have when you attain success. Visualise the power you have over your own life and goals and how this will manifest into the success you desire.
12. Continue to meditate on your success for 5 minutes. If you are feeling great and want to meditate for longer, absolutely do this.
13. When you have finished your meditation repeat this prayer:

“Universal energy, you are my guide. Thank you for the skills you have given me, I am ready to achieve success. Help me to overcome blockages in my path. Bring Me luck and fortune and help me to achieve my goals. So Mote It Be”

13. Snuff out the candles.
14. Repeat steps 7-13 for the next 6 days.
15. On the 7th day of your career success spell, allow the candles to burn down to nothing.
16. Keep your piece of paper with your goals on it. When the goals have been achieved, burn the paper and repeat the following

“Universal Energy, in thanks and gratitude for the success which has been granted to me, I release the energy gratefully. So mote it be”
